I am going to be re-learning ( took it in college) tai chi on my own and was seeking guidance as to which dvd of any year would be the best for me to start with? I appreciate any suggestions/comments.

1. Sunrise Tai Chi (easy learning curve)
2. Tai Chi Gong (still not to bad)
3. Classical Yang style DVD (fully packed a lifetime of learning)

Those are all excellent quality, the first one is nice gives practical learning, mini routine. The other two go alot deeper, smaller forms are nice since are easy to learn on your own and increasing repetition will reap superb health. Sunrise Tai Chi requires little space also, it is very practical.

I recommend this to anyone for it can be ACHIEVED. Good luck! Ramel Rones is one of the best in Tai Chi.
