I'm ignorant as to Deepak Chopra's philosophy and character. Anyone have any knowledge as to the details of this product and Chopra? *bows*

Hi, the game is great. I own it myself, and have found it to be an excellent training tool for developing more sensitive control over the sympathetic nervous system - relaxation. Easy to install on your computer, easy to use.

Deepak Chopra is the guide on Game 2, which works on the same hardware supplied with Game 1. He is an excellent teacher, from the Ayurvedic (Indian) tradition, which has a rich heritage of Internal Arts as ancient as Chinese.

I highly recommend that you also download this Chapter Tour, which offers a different mode of play where you can skip between chapters, and get additional assistance from the teachers in the game, which is good when you're a beginner:

Just so everyone knows, this game is extra super nifty. It really does help with sympathetic nervous system control. And it just so happens to be cute.
