Basic Qigong 101

Postby abersold » Mon Oct 24, 2005 1:00 pm

I have seen this demonstrated, it is good basic Qigong for anyone...I feel Dr. Yangs sets develop more tangible Qi and are time tested. This teacher created this system, it is pricey wise maybe buy a dvd aned check it out he refunds if your not satified.
