Order of study using YMAA DVDs (Shaolin)

Postby mmessuri » Sat Aug 20, 2005 11:50 pm

For self-study, there are no training facilities in my area, purposes in the Shaolin art using the YMAA DVD's should the proper progression be:

01) Shaolin Kung Fu Fundamental Training
02) Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu
03) White Crane Hard & Soft Qigong
04) Chin Na In Depth Courses

or is there a better order in which to study?

Thanks.

BTW: I have previous white tiger, shaolin and san soo training

We have to wait until 2007 for the next white crane DVD? I guess it'll give me more time to practice the basics : )
