there's a lot of streching in the video "Shaolin fundamental training #1", that are also in the book "Shaolin long fist gong fu", but they are explained better in the videotape.

It covers stretching while standing, with the leg supported and on the floor.
Still practicing...

Stretching

Warm ups and stretches are also on the Tai Chiquan DVD as well as in the book. I think the White Crane Qigong DVD also has a considerable amount of warm ups/stretching...

Hope this is useful!

Thanks for the answer. It seems me that stretching is not so important if Dr. Yang has spoken about it only one time, so if you practice taichi you should not use stretching?

you should always stretch and warm up for any amount of serious physical activity

The stretching in the fundamentals video is very thorough and comprises all of my current stretching set.

It is not in the shop because it was published by Unique publications.

You can find it on amazon though :

Stretching is extremely important.

Every YMAA class starts with loosening and stretching. And, many of Dr Yang's DVDs include the stretching movements prior to the main content, including the Taijiquan DVD.
