I just know that there is different types of Qi,
How do you know?

???

If your Qi circulation is Fire, you're more likely to sweat, because your body is Yang, or 'charged-up". If your Qi circulation is Water Qi, you are cooling off your body and you are less likely to sweat.

You can read about Kan (water) and Li (Fire) practice in Qigong in several of Dr Yang's books.

Sweating is healthy. No worries.
