according to dr.yang scholar qigong is the least practised of the 4 different styles of qigong.i think to begin with it is the most important.

studies must be backed up by real world experience and practice, lest they forever remain in the realm of theory...I dont exactly recall what scholoar qigong is, it sounds like gongfu of studying :lol:

Scholar qigong involves the 5 regulations according to dr.yang.I believe the more you understand this the better prepared you will be for more advanced techniques and theory.
