i notice that in this qigong section massage does not get a big mention.it is very good. when i practise i mix it up with acu points. i notice acu points dont get a big mention either in this qigong section.
Have just started taij qigong and it has to me some linkage with massage.
kinda similar feel in some ways but not the same.

question, how is wild goose qigong different from taij qigong?how is taij qigong different from wuiji qigong?

i have asked before but has anyone ever trained just by thought on external wai dan?8 pieces of brocade,5 animals etc or is it just me?i really find that i can do the whole form if necessary in my mind(yi).martial arts qigong(white crane )etc.anyone else? For me feels good.no problem.all the benefits there.

anyone get like a hard to explain very high pitched whistle in there inner ear.very pleasnt feeling but its hard not to n otice it and as soon as my yi sees it so to speak it stops..if i keep my mind away from it it stays longer. it doesnt hurt although its so loud but no noise..get it every so often.anyone else?
