Hey everybody! I'm new to this forum, though I have been checking it for a long time.
I have dabbled with various forms of qigong/tai chi forms for about 12 years now and I've recently started doing the 8 brocades. I have both the book and dvd and have put together a cheat sheet that I can glance at... whilst still memorizing the order of the exercises and number of reps as per the documents... I thought it might be useful for other users too.
I wonder if anyone would be able to QA this for me and check there are no silly errors?

1) Double hands hold up to heaven. (24 reps)
Right leg out
2) Bend the bow (shoot left first) (12 x 2 reps)
Right leg back in
3) Regulate spleen and stomach (left hand first) (24 reps)
4) 5 weaknesses & 7 injuries (turn left first) (turn head)
- 12 x 2 reps arms down
- 12 x 2 reps arms back
- 12 x 2 reps arms in front
Right leg out and squat
5) Swing head and tail (swing left first) (24 reps)
Right leg back and stand
6) 2 hands hold feet (16 reps)
Right leg out
7) Punch with fiery eyes (right foot out and squat) (punch right first) (8 x 2 reps)
Right leg back in
7 disorders and 100’s illnesses go away
- 24 reps arms down
- 24 reps arms back
- 23 reps arms in front
