Hey,
I read many books of Qi gong. Always you see, train Qi gong in the morning for a good health. But I get up at 3 o clock in the morning. I do it in the afternoor or evening. But when I do it in the evening, I can't sleep. Can this happen when you train qi gong in the evening or am I doing something wrong?

It depends what you're doing! If you do something more low key in the evening this has less of a chance of happening. Doing something invigorating before bed makes you have to calm down more in order to establish the sleeping pattern.

Then would that mean mostly just seated stuff in the evening or no?

Not strictly, but if being to revved up for sleep is an issue, then that is advisable
