But, Dr. Yang focuses the seminars on practical fundamentals of qigong, so that attendees can learn the important stuff and enjoy the benefits of qigong practice right away.
He discusses these things in passing, but maintains a healthy modern skepticism at the same time.
The "fringe" stuff can happen naturally, and should not be a focus of your practice or study.
