Hi,
my Father, in his fifties, injured his shoulder coming off of a bicycle. What QiGong exervises might help speed up his recovery?

He needs to go and see a orthopedic practitioner, or at best a GP to ascertain the severity of the condition.
If anything, range of movement exercises for upper body/shoulder area as opposed to qigong. Qigong can surely be used as a relaxation tool but he need more of an OT/PT regimen to recover.
