Healing Sounds (Five Animals)

Postby fit155 » Sat Feb 16, 2008 9:53 pm

Hello,

I don't believe that Dr. Yang has a DVD program dedicated to the healing sounds.

Does anyone know if he covers them as part of one of his other DVD programs?

Thanks!

Good timing.

This is coming very soon, in the Five Animal Sports Qigong DVD. May 2008.

Dvivid- this looks excellent...do you know if it's presented somewhat similarly to Master Yang's 8 Pieces Brocade DVD— with each sequence broken out in lecture/chapters...then a "put it all together" flowing presentation?

Thanks! -pl

Starts with history and theory by Dr. Yang and Kathy Yang, then a warm up, and then Dr. Yang instructs each piece separately followed by group performance with detailed guidance by Dr. Yang on the postures and breathing.

Im also making it so you can choose to just play the Continuous Form, once you've learned it, so you can just follow along the performance just like being in class.

Very similar to 8 Brocades.

Thank you.
