Hi all,
Thanks for the replies. I'm in my early twenties, exercise about four to five times a week running (practicing the Chi Running technique by Dreyer) and do some push ups, pull ups and ab wheels on the side. Have had no serious injury so far, but have been troubled from time to time with pain in the left knee. Depending on how I adjust my posture it goes away occasionally. The pain is more like a bright pain, something like bone against bone? I was in the army before so the intense (and sometimes downright harmful training) might have been a cause.
I would go see a Chinese doctor who knows Taiji, but as far as I know there are none where I am(in Durham, NC). I'd go see a Chinese doctor back home but my Chinese ain's good enough to tell him what's going on.
Thanks!
