Hi,
I am interested to know more about Yi Jin Jing and could find some info on "Small Circulation" Book. However, I would like to know Yi Jin Jing in detail and was wondering if I should get the book on "Qigong, the secret of Youth" to supplement the small circulation book which I have if there is not too similar topics covered for these 2 books mentioned.
