Hello!

I'm a new Tai Chi student (one year up today). And I want talk about how I can develop, feel and manage my internal energy through Tai Chi.

I don`t want that you recomended me a very good book or theorical knowledge. I want to know about your life, your experience doing Tai Chi.

Somebody wants to talk about it?

I'm sorry for my english. I'm chilean, and my first language in spanish.

Best regards,

Javier

Dear Javier,

Could I suggest that you post your message in the forums

Qigong
or
Taijiquan
or
General Training and Practice.

The people there would be more helpful for you.

Best Regards,
David

I agree with you. I`m sorry. It was a lapsus mentae. In fact, I include the same message in Taijiquan forum.

Can I erase one message posted by me? When I saw my mistake, I tried to erase the message of this forum, but it was no possible.

Bye.

Javier Roa.
