PM function- what is "outbox"?

Postby sengtsan » Tue Mar 13, 2012 4:06 am

Hello,

I wanted to send a PM to some member. I composed my message and submitted it. The message appeared in "outbox" and not in "sent messages".

I don't know what it means. Was my message delivered ?

Since I had no response from this member and I can't know if my message was ignored by him (which is not very polite  ) or if it hasn't been delivered.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello sengtsan,

A message that is in the outbox has not been opened by the recipient. You can still edit or delete the message.

A message that is in sentbox has been opened and read by the recipient.

Hope this helps.

Hello Trimax,

Thanks. I understand now, it is the first time I come across this feature. It is interesting.

Best regards,
