Difference between sticking hands dvd and pushing hands 1?

Postby pilotfish » Sat Nov 10, 2018 3:40 pm

Hello. I'm looking at the tai chi pushing hands dvds.

The one with the title "sticking hands" https://ymaa.com/publishing/dvd/tai-chi-symbol-yinyang-sticking-hands seems like an introduction.

Does that mean that its content overlaps a lot with the Tai Chi Pushing Hands DVD 1 https://ymaa.com/publishing/dvd/tai-chi-pushing-hands-dvd-1? I'm wondering if I would be missing helpful info if I skip the "sticking hands" one above..

Hello,

No, there is no overlap with these titles.

Sticking Hands is silk reeling, in which you follow a yin/yang pattern; its a completely different practice and moving pattern than pushing hands.
