Request: Qigong for sleep

Postby RingAndReed » Sun Feb 02, 2014 8:40 pm

If it's already out there, please direct me, otherwise I'm sure someone here has the expertise to write an article on the subject.

The idea is that sleep is rather important to physical and mental health, and by impact, spiritual health too. In fact, Tibetan Buddhism has compared sleep to practice runs for the post-death experience. So for sure there must be a Qigong routine to prepare a more productive sleep experience and/or how Qigong/meditation can be done during sleep.

Hi

I am aware of no such title...Dr. Yang did used to have an old "relaxation" program on cassette...Im working on something new with him in that regard.

As far as presently available items for sleep, I recommend the Embryonic Breathing book.
