Hello,

I have recently placed an order (ymaa-38980).I contacted YMAA about it using both an email address that showed up when my order was completed and 36 hours later using the contact form but received no response.

Did someone received my messages?

Thanks Trimax.

If somebody tried to contact me ,I would be happy to know what mean was used because I checked my email box (junk mail folder included) and found nothing. I listened to the answering machine of my phone and no message was left.


As you may know if you had a chance to read the message I sent, the problem I contacted them about was real. If someone had the messages and corrected the problem before my order was sent it is all good, and just a confirmation message of this from the customer service would have been appreciated. If no one had my message then it is too late, it makes it much more complicated.

Edited to remove some excessive and unfair statements after problem was resolved easily.

I have no knowledge about the messages sent to customer service because I have absolutely no access to them. As far as I can do, I will try to contact the customer service department and insist once more that they resolve this issue for you. Thank you for your patience.

I have already shopped with YMAA , it was fine everytime. For this last order, it looks like it was a bad string of circumstances. This can happen to everyone from time to time, it was our turn.

I will shop again for sure. :D

Well you have been luckier than me. I've placed an order on November 22 and I'm still missing one book. I've tried many times to contact customer service to inquire about that (4th) book with no answer.

This is really not very professional.
