Yang Style Book Back Order???

I ordered the DVD and book over a month ago and received the DVD. However, the book is supposedly backordered and email to customer service was less than luke warm in providing a date of book availabilty. The response was simply 'due into our warehouse any day', that was dated 2/9/09.

Very disappointing since the online catalog has the book being available!
