Do these complement each other? My intuition says yes, but I would like other opinions. Thanks.

I don't know the titles nor Chen style Taijiquan ... but

I think it's safe to say that a title on fighting applications together with a title on a specific form is at least a decent buy.

Hi,

The fighting-set dvd shows a two-person form from Yang style.

Both are "martial" in content. Though they are 2 different family styles of Taiji, Chen and Yang, they are similar in 'intent'. So yes, they compliment each other.
