Grand Circulation

Postby SunTzu » Sat Mar 10, 2007 11:22 am

Hi,

Not to haste the author or try to be impatient since I still have to read and practice "Small Circulation", though it's still on the shelf for now due to emphasis on books of another topic.

But could anyone give an estimated date on when the book "Grand Circulation" will be out in stores ? I'm dying to complete that sub collection.

thanks !

Maybe 2009 or 2010 at the earliest. Master Yang plans to continue his work on that title only once he is settled in the mountains and can dedicate more time to training advanced level meditation and qigong.

Sorry. All good things in life are worth waiting for...or somesuch..

Thanks for your response David,

The following years to come I will be too busy polishing my Taijiquan basics, so I won't need it too soon. And I must await my current instructor to 'introduce' Small Circulation to me again as I do not want to practice this on my own.

So 2010 seems a good year for me.

have a good one !

Master Yang's book clearly shows a safe and easy way to start Small Circulation practice with no risk, if you're interested...

Hi David,

Thanks for explaining that, I read somewhere that practicing without a qualified teacher could be dangerous. Although I learned Buddhist and Taoist breathing as described in Embryonic Breathing from my sifu long ago, and think I'm at the level of regulating without regulating. I'm naturally breathing the Buddhist way now.

I will certainly give the book a try now. I will study it thoroughly and then practice what is taught.
