Self Relaxation Tape

Postby pkosak » Thu Jun 15, 2006 4:22 pm

Hello,

I am looking for a tape that was referenced in an earlier book. "Self Relaxation -- A Chinese Qigong Meditation" I was not able to find this tape/CD anywhere; has it been discontinued or under a new name? Ideally on CD or MP3 download.

Thanks.

Any thoughts?

This tape was referenced in The Root of Qi-gong. Is it still for sale, or listed under some other title? Anyone know? Thanks.

Hi, sorry for the delay. The tape isn't for sale.

BUT, we will soon make it available as an MP3 for download. Im not sure when/how, hence my delay in answering.

Hi, any update on the availablity of this MP3? Having read through The Root of Chinese Qigong, and trying to apply some of the principles, it seems like I'm in need of any help I can get these days.

What synchronous timing...we were just discussing this file. It will be made available soon. I'll let you know when I know.
