Order of study taiji and qigong?

Postby pkosak » Sat May 13, 2006 10:51 am

Hello, could you give some advice on the progressive book order for qi-gong studies and for taijiquan studies. There are so many books and DVDs, I'm a little confused. I found a posting on the Shaolin order, so similar advice on the qi-gong and taijiquan would be great. Many thanks. (or point me in the right direction, if this information can be found elsewhere on this site)
