Training Question on Push Hands and Taiji Symbol DVDs

Postby swhitebull » Wed Jan 02, 2013 6:44 pm

HI

New to the forum.

In the training sequence, is it recommended to watch and practice Dr Yang's Taiji Symbol Yin/Yang Sticking Hands dvd first, then move onto the two Push hands Dvds? or the other way around

Regards

Hi, welcome.

There is no official rule about which comes first. Often we train both at the same time, pretty early in going to regular Taiji class, after you've learned part 1 of the form.

Dvivid

Thank you for your answer. I'm enjoying both DVD sets - lots to learn, and so little time!
