Candle watching "properly"

Postby samosbamos » Fri Mar 16, 2012 6:57 pm

Hey :)
I was just wondering how to candle watch properly, as in what should I be trying to do while watching the candle? Before while watching candles my eyes started watering and other times even while trying to focus on the candle I seemed to blank-out, in a sort of daydreaming type trance.
I'd Appreciate any tips or "how to" kind of things, or "things to watch out for" on candle watching :)
Thank you,
Sam.

One instruction for this is to focus upon the point where flame and air meet, the very tip of the flame where it ends and the air begins.
