training is a word,
it denotes sequence
ergo a following through
so i would not object to thinking of training as following through
but always in a context,
so one trains to become fit or able
one trains for specific tasks and skills
exercise without direction is not the same as training
but this is how i view this, and these days people do not respect meanings of words and thus training to some is going to be anything they want it to be, and they will argue that it is their right to believe it is what they want
