Resistance tubes

Postby Yatish Parmar » Mon Sep 22, 2008 2:35 pm

Anyone used 'em?
I'm on the road for a couple of months and was wondering what people's experiences of them are.
Are the hard ones *hard*?

Resistance tubes? You mean that stretchy rubbery stuff? I have some like giant sized elastic bands, which come in different grades of thickness (the thinner ones offer less resistance) and I have used them on my ankles to increase flexibility and strengthen the tendons.
