Wicked...looks like a soft/hard style, like Xingyi, with some movements similar to Chen Lao Jia Yi Lu...and that sliding move is probably utilized for uprooting...since the name 'Shou' implies wrestling...

Its a beautiful form, mixing soft and hard qigong also...
