Restoring balance

Postby Phalanxpursos » Thu Oct 04, 2007 4:16 am

When I was a little child I used to spin around in a circle to become dizzy.

I've just tried this and was actually amazed how it's possible that after spinning my vision keeps spinning for at least 20 seconds, so basically I started rotating to the left and then slowly reach a halt and then do this to the right but still become very dizzy.

But I just discovered a way to prevent becoming dizzy afterwards.

Tai Chi Chuan, you can rotate around fast and then redirect the movement of the rotation into Tai Chi movements and not become dizzy at all.
