I was wondering if anyone in here (or Dr. Yang himself!) could mention what his daily "routine" is? What forms (breathing and application) he practices?
Also, I was wondering what nutritional supplements he uses? I was watching the "Understanding Qigong" DVDs and he mentioned going to the drugstore to buy melatonin and DHA (?) That got me to thinking about supplements ...
