Monkey, rest. Once this heals naturally, or with the aid of anti-inflammatory, consider the root of the problem.
Sounds like: overtraining. Also, sounds like you should be properly hydrated, and walk smaller amounts to build up flexibility before walking all over Europe!
Regular massage of the area will help. Also, use your mind to lead Qi there, by just focusing on the problem area. On a physical level, it will help you to lead your Qi there if you put your hands there, and also look at it. Breathe deeply, and try to let the problem area relax very deeply, until you can feel it melt away, and sense deeply into all the various tissues of the area. Move your foot in every direction to its full range of mobility, but do so WITHOUT any tension, as relaxed as possible, and hold it there to allow the cells to reach an excited state, where change can take place. Rotate the ankle, without muscular tension. Soft Qigong.
