I enjoy Ti-Chi and QiGong but having a lot of trouble with knee pain. Is there any thing you can rec. that mite help.

Aside from proper nutrition, the best thing for healing the knees is to give them a lot of attention every day.
Warm up your hands and massage the knees...Make small circles with the knees...pay close attention to the feeling in the knees often. The goal is to gently and constantly stimulate circulation in the knees to promote healing. Don't overdo it. Very gradual progress is the best way.
