Stammering

Do stutter may be due to a stagnation of chi, or an imbalance in this?
Which Qigong exercises could help improve the situation?
(This is not a constant problem, but a sporadic one)

Thanks.

(sorry for my English is not my native language)

I know of one acupuncture point specified for this condition. There is a saying in chinese medicine, 'the heart blossoms into the tongue'. So all manifestations of speech disturbance, suddden loss of voice, stuttering etc... are treated via this single point. It is the Luo/connecting point of the heart channel, HT-5 (Tongli-Inner Communication)....the heart luo channel follows the heart channel to the heart zang/organ, then continues to the root of the tongue and the eye.

If you send me a pm with your email, i will send you over a diagram of how to find this point. Or you can go to acupuncture.com and find it on their acupoint locator.

All the best
