Recentily I've been doing a bit of skipping just before taining and I've noticed that now there is a slight sensation along the underside of my foot. It's hard to describe but it's like something is rubbing along my foot almost like a point of a pen but on the inside.
It's not painful and I've stopped for a bit to let it recover I was just wondering if anyone else has had this trouble and what I do to prevent it in the future.
Thanks

hey aidan, so how do you skip..like skipping rope? skipping on a hard surface? is this a warm up drill? does this pain occur with any other activity? and is the pain constant now, after the fact, or only happening when you skip? this might help figure out what's up.
