What do you think of the Rory Miller stuff?
I think he has really pushed the martial arts community at large to face reality. A lot of folks are realizing that they need to adapt their training to handle violence the way it most commonly happens, rather than focusing mainly on traditional applications.

His take reminds me of the martial reality of the animal kingdom and the role that sheer ferocity can play. Very practical.

When dealing with animals who are unwilling, unable and incapable of dealing with reality, they must be dealth with the only way they can understand!
