I remember many times being tested by Dr. Yang, when he said...close your eyes...Your sensitivity increases...you have to connect to your own center and then to your opponents. It can be an uncomfortable situation.I would encourage you to experiment as much as you can with different environments to get a better understanding of your own center, your own sense of being.To quote Dirty Harry,A man has to know his limitations.I would say....a man has to know himself.
