Rooting and Balancing

Postby Sifu Stier » Sat Jun 25, 2005 11:05 pm

Hello David!

Consider imagining that an energy flow projects downward from the soles of your feet to the center of the Earth...like the 'root' of a huge tree extending into the ground. Like the long...heavy roots of the tree...your energy 'root' gives you physical...mental...and spiritual balance and grounding in everything you do...no matter where you are...no matter what is going on around you...no matter who is present. Try it...and experience new levels of balance and stability unlike anything you may have felt previously!

Great advice . Rooting with imagery is very usefull. I've found that it's almost impossible to uproot me with that method. Even the stance becomes superfluous.
