tingling in lower jaw

Postby darth_freak » Wed Jul 25, 2018 10:00 pm

Hello,

I've started practicing white crane qi gong 10 days ago, been trying to do it everyday, I think I missed 3 or 4 days. I do the hard set (takes me ~1h) followed by the soft set (takes me +2h). 3 times now, I've had a tingling (qi?) feeling in the lower jaw. I read it can happen in the upper lip cos of some meridian going by, but it really is the jaw.
I do the ba duan jin and taiji set in the morning since July 1st and haven't had that happen.
Anyone here ever experienced that? Should I just let it be? Or tap my jaw once I'm finished? I'm not sure how it gets there (I got my tongue touching my palate) and whether it's good or bad...
"Turn your butt!"
Master Yang.
