Sanctus and greetings to everyone.

Can anyone link me to information on Jing retainment and recovery from Jing loss, due to life activity. Diet, Lifestyle, Chi Gong, Jing Replenishment, Supplementation etc.

Hey Sorcerer, it's certainly been a long time, nice to see you again!

What sort of Jing loss are you considering? I'm wondering if this collection of classical writings and a bit of modern advice might be of some help:

Naturally the most important thing would be to prevent any further Jing loss I suppose. I understand that Lychee berry and black sesame are both tied to the kidney, as are cordyceps.

Does this help at all?
