Yin Jin Jing

Postby Sorcerer » Tue Feb 10, 2015 1:13 am

Hi,

I want to ask: Is Yin Jin Jing training really as serious as Dr. yang describes it. I know of schools that teach it, but not with the same rigor and routine as the Dr. Yang's "The Secret of Youth".

Also, are there any schools or centres i(in China?) where this can be learned rigor?

Regards,
S.

Wherever one can learn qigong is positive. Ultimately, it is the "gong" of owned personal practice that is most important. It seems that there are individuals whose biology may not be able to do yijinjing, in the same vein that one person may dislike soccer but prefer badminton instead. The same processes are present so good luck with learning.

I tend to stay simple by starting off students with zhanzhuang and baduanjin so I can observe their reaction in training over time.
