qi from martial qigong

Postby alfie » Tue Jan 06, 2015 4:23 pm

After I finish martial qigong wai dan(a set) I lead the qi inwards with my breath and mind and lead into my arms or torso(whatever part of my body I train) but not to the surface of the skin.am I doing things right.should I also lead it on the outbreath to the skin?how would you finish the set.
Iin Dr.Yangs book on martial arts qigong he mentions leading the qi inwards when training with the mind /breath.my concern is that it would stagnate in my arm/legs/torso..should I massage the muscle's to disperse the qi?or because it is wai dan then there is no problem as such?
