Qi Gong for hands, fingers, joints. Which DVD was it?

Postby caesar » Sat Apr 12, 2014 2:35 pm

Hi!

I think there was an YMAA DVD where somebody was playing with some sort of small metal balls...having them flow somehow on the palm, with fingers moving...I guess some sort of exercise for the joints...which was it?

iirc it was the four seasons one, but I never got it. baoding balls are great, I have a few pair. I especially like my hematite ones...very heavy and...alive-ish...
