Hi

I recommend this Qigong Guide:
http://ymaa.com/publishing/start-here/qigong

Which book you start with depends upon what your goals are.
"Avoid Prejudice, Be Objective in Your Judgement, Be Scientific, Be Logical and Make Sense, Do Not Ignore Prior Experience." - Dr. Yang

Apart from the fine list of YMAA books posted I would recommend.

"Qigong Empowerment" by Liang Shou-Yu as it has a grate overview and theory as well as practical material you can use and you might not find anywhere else.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Qigong-Empowerm ... 294&sr=1-1

Or "Complete Book of Shaolin" by Wong Kiew Kit. I like Wong Kiew Kit's writing and he includes a lot of exercises. His book "Chi Kung For Health And Vitality" looks very good. He is a true enthusiast.

Still Dr Yang's books are my favourite as they are clear and practical.
