Is it ok to put a Youtube video up with qigong?

Hi,

what do you think would that be ok, to put up a youtube video with me on it doing some of the qigong exercises I learned from dr. Yang's books?

It would serve the purpose to help my friends, and family who are living far away from me, and can't show them the exercises in person.

For accuracy and better understanding, it would seem to be a good idea to at least take an actual seminar with Dr Yang so that correction can be made to what you have been practicing instead of passing on 'not so good' habits. Just a positive thought to gain more insight from a serious professional!

Unfortunately he's not going to come to Budapest, Hungary any time soon.
