Where can I find a book of medicinal mantras
translated so that I can recite???

Depends on which type you are looking for....Buddhist, Vedic, Hindu and for what type of healing is required. A lot of the mantras are not translated.

If you just Google 'medicinal mantras' you will get back lots of references such as this one:

Brian: great site thanks, I was thinking of healing of illness, disease, physical, but of
course, spiritual mind and body are connected with illness even if acquired from external.
The Medicine Mantra is appriate. Good queston about Vedic Hindu etc.. so far, I recited
the Om Mani Padme Hum and a couple of others which I believe are Tibetan. These were
advised by my Sifu.

I sometimes employ the Shiva mantra (one of them-Na Ma Shi vai Ya Aum) but sometimes employ english translations of meanings of the mantra as well.

Many mantra (japa yoga) teachers advise to keep the meaning in mind, and advise against just repeating syllables and sounds.
