Hi all,
just wondering about the best way to fit the four seasons qigong into my regular routine. As we are now into spring here in the UK, i guess i should be doing the liver exercises, but should i just tag the liver set on the end of my normal routine, or before,or does it not matter.
I find that whatever set i conclude the session with has a largest impact on my energies. But the four seasons sets are not complete, they only work on one area, and not the whole.
