Yijinjing question

Has anyone practicing YJJ come across the suggested practice of exhalation with a "sound" during Three Plates Fall on the Floor? I found one blogger that said you should exhale with "hai". Enough of that, when I dug around if find that that in Cantonese is a vulgar word. Ladies dont like it at least. So I am wondering if there is a "sound" like a healing sound to be articulated during the squat/exhalation? :?:

The six healing sounds do not correspond with Chinese words. The Ha sound is only a sound, mimicking a wide open warm sighing breath, and NOT a unpleasant Chinese word.

I dont use the sounds much, except for Ha and Hen sounds, and haven't specifically with the YJJ.
