Hi friends,
Say I have a 4 hour chunk everyday to practice. The only thing I know is the 8 pieces brocade set. How should I break this 4 hours up? I want to put these free hours to good use but don't want to overtrain.
There are no instructors near me and I am learning all of this from YMAA videos and books. Currently, I do a set in the morning and 1 in the evening.

Hi J,
How is this 4 hours of yours spread through the day? Do you have time to practice morning, afternoon and evening? Or is it in one big block?
Are you practicing for health benefits or martial power?
